Reaching out is the first step to change. It starts with saying, “I don’t want to keep going this way; I need something different.” Regardless of whether you’re experiencing anxiety, sadness, and feeling stuck in your current mood or situation, or needing direction in school and career decisions, you have already started the process by seeking help. Perhaps you have tried to figure out issues on your own and are feeling frustrated in your attempts, I understand it is difficult to reach out for help yet this is exactly how to get unstuck and start the process to feeling better and making new decisions. Your next step to change is simply to make the call and we will collaborate together to find your solutions. I look forward to meeting you.
